Phase I
- February 5 (Monday), 7:00 PM — Scheduled Board Meeting
Phase II
- Monday, February 26th, 6:30 PM — Steering Committee Meeting (closed) — Committee member selection and NC education
- Thursday, March 29th, 6:30 PM — Steering Committee Meeting (closed) — Establish working framework
- Thursday, April 26th, 6:30 PM — Steering Committee Meeting (closed) — Review message and materials for presentations
- Thursday, May 3rd, 7:00 PM — First Introduction and Q&A Session for Commercial Property Owners
- Thursday, May 31st, 6:30 PM — Steering Committee Meeting (closed) — Review commercial feedback and plan for residential
- Q3, 2007 — Conduct five "living room" meetings through neighborhood to collect residentail feedback
- Q4, 2007 — Community-wide "Introduction to NC" meeting.
- Q4, 2007 — Second Introduction and Q&A Session for Commercial Property Owners
- Q4, 2007 — Introduction and Q&A Session for Residential Property Owners
Phase III
- Q1, 2008 — Two commercial property owner charettes
- Q1, 2008 — Conduct final "living room" meetings with residents to close out open issues
- Q1, 2008 — Introduction of draft ordinances to community
- Early Q2, 2008 — Analysis of community support and Go/No-Go vote by VHCA Board
- Early Q2, 2008 — Pending community support request our own District 6 Representative, Anne Fauver, submit ordinances to Atlanta City Council
- End Q2, 2008 — Track legislation through community process (i.e. voting outcome of VHCA, NPU-F, ZRB)
- End Q2, 2008 — Wrap-up of NC Steering Committee
