The VHCA has two types of recurring monthly meetings:

| Planning and Zoning | 7:00 p.m. on the last Wednesday of every month. | Ponce de Leon Library | Review of variance requests and other zoning issues. |
Sub-committees, which include Parks, Safety, Parents and Education, Graffiti, Voice, Tour of Homes and others, are scheduled on an as-needed basis. Sub-committee members are notified of upcoming meetings via email.
All VHCA meetings are open to the public. As a practical issue, please be aware that the Board meeting venue is sometimes tight on space. This was the only community facility we could locate at the specified meeting time. Please come early to get a good seat.
